I create delicious, accessible and inspired dishes using the best ingredients everyone can find, replicate and enjoy. My curiosity and love of learning is supplemented with time tested techniques passed down through two generations of chefs and bakers. You only need a good appetite! I pull inspiration from the flavors of my home city on the Black Sea, my mixed heritage background and surrounding flavor profiles of Central Asia all reimagined through the lens as a first generation New Yorker.

Food has a powerful way of connecting people and safeguarding precious memories. I seek to pull in meaningful moods and emotion through composition, texture and color in both my photography and food.
